Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms

Your registration is binding once it has been confirmed by us.

An administrative registration fee of SEK 600 is charged in connection with your registration. The registration fee is included in the total price but is normally not refunded in the event of cancellation, except where a refund follows from mandatory Swedish legislation or where the training is cancelled by us.

When booking a single module, the cancellation period is calculated from the start date of that module.

More than 30 days before the start of the module: 100% of the course fee paid is refunded, excluding the SEK 600 registration fee.

15–30 days before the start of the module: 70% of the course fee paid is refunded, excluding the registration fee.

8–14 days before the start of the module: 50% of the course fee paid is refunded, excluding the registration fee.

7 days or less before the start of the module: No refund is made.

In the event of illness we may instead offer you the possibility of moving your place to the corresponding module at a later training occasion, subject to availability. We may request a valid medical certificate confirming that illness prevented participation.

The rescheduling applies to the corresponding module and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

When booking the complete Tantric Pulsation Breathwork Training of six modules at the package price, a place is reserved on all six modules.

The package price is discounted and is based on booking the complete training as one coherent training.

Up until the start of the first booked module, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 30 days before the start of the first module: 100% refund excluding the registration fee.

15–30 days before the start of the first module: 70% refund excluding the registration fee.

8–14 days before the start of the first module: 50% refund excluding the registration fee.

7 days or less before the start of the first module: No refund.

Once the participant has started the first module, the package training is considered to have begun. If the participant thereafter chooses to discontinue the training, no refund is normally made for the remaining modules, subject to rights under mandatory Swedish legislation.

If the participant is unable to attend one of the six modules due to illness, no part of the package price is normally refunded.

Instead we offer, subject to availability, the possibility of taking the corresponding module at a later occasion when the module returns within Tantric Pulsation Breathwork Training.

We may request a valid medical certificate confirming that illness prevented participation.

If illness or another medical situation means that the participant needs to discontinue the entire remaining training, the participant should contact us. The situation is assessed individually and we primarily seek to find a reasonable solution, for example by postponing the remaining modules.

These terms do not limit rights under mandatory Swedish consumer legislation.

If the participant does not attend a booked module without notifying us, no refund is made.

For package bookings, the possibility of taking a missed module at a later training occasion may be offered by agreement and subject to availability. This is not a guarantee if the absence is not due to documented illness.

If the participant is prevented from attending, the participant may contact us regarding the possibility of transferring their place to another person.

The transfer must be approved by us and requires that the new participant meets any requirements for participation.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email.

The date on which we receive the written notice of cancellation forms the basis for calculating any refund.

If we need to cancel a module, the participant is primarily offered a place on a new date.

If we cancel the training or move it in such a way that the participant is entitled to a refund under Swedish law, the course fee concerned is refunded in accordance with the participant's statutory rights.

We are normally not responsible for the participant's external costs, such as travel, hotel or other personal costs, to the extent such a limitation is permitted under Swedish law.

The training takes place in Sweden and the booking is covered by applicable Swedish legislation.

For bookings made at a distance, the rules of the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act may be applicable.

At the same time, there are statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal for certain types of services and activities that are to be carried out on a specific day or during a specific period of time.

If the participant, under mandatory Swedish legislation, has a right of withdrawal or another consumer right that provides better rights than these booking terms, Swedish law takes precedence over the terms.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or contract out of rights that a consumer has under mandatory Swedish legislation.
